What is your delivery fee? And why am I paying delivery?
We charge delivery fees based on location
Delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of R99.00 for door to door.
We also offer FREE delivery for orders above R500
Other merchants may offer free delivery, but they just add the delivery price to each product they sell, resulting in you, the buyer, spending significantly more for delivery than you will with us.
You may also opt to collect your parcel from our warehouse where no delivery fee will be charged
Is my credit card details safe?
Yes, your credit card information is processed through a secure terminal and is never saved.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery period varies depending on location:
- Gauteng takes 2 to 3 working days,
- Major Cities/Towns take 3 to 5 working days, and
- Remote Areas take 5 to 7 working days.

If this is an urgent request, we have an overnight courier service available at an extra charge, kindly enquiry at online store for a quote.
How do I track my Order?
We’re making use of reputable courier companies:
Fastway, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Dawn Wing(DPD Lazer) and Aramex.
We’re also making use of our in-house courier company to expedite local deliveries.
Only when your order has been dispatched (left our warehouse) will you receive tracking information that includes both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.

How do I change my delivery address?
You must notify our support team prior to the order being delivered; if the product has been dispatched, your delivery may be delayed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), SnapScan, Zapper, Ozow, Mobicred, via store credit (a “wallet”) and direct EFT transfer. Online credit card transactions will be acquired for Necesso via Yoco

What should I do if there are delays with my delivery?
If there are delays with your delivery, you can make follow-up with our office on 074 999 0385 or the respective courier company providing them with the relevant tracking number.
